Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from filing a complaint with any applicable consumer protection agency.
